Yenny Sukiman 0 Report post Posted November 30, 2020 Hi Nitro I could not open the Nitro suddenly with the error message "The service does not have sufficient privileges. Please reinstall". After reinstall with free trial and I want to activate again by entering the code, it says "The serial number entered does not exist". Please help. The activation error message "The serial number entered does not exist" will happen if the serial number does not match the version of the software. For example, a Nitro Pro 12 license will only work on a Nitro Pro 12 installation. To resolve your issue, please check the following: 1. The version of your Nitro Pro serial number. You can use the license portal https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal to check the version. 2. Check the version of Nitro Pro installed on the computer. This can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If you see that you are running a different version, uninstall it then install the appropriate version. The Nitro Pro installers can be found here:https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installer/000004464 https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Download the correct installer based on the version of your serial number.
