matt jee 0 Report post Posted November 30, 2020 Hello, Whenever I try to open Nitro Pro 12 it gives me the error message below. It doesn't cause any functionality issues but is still an error message. I am on the most updated version on Nitro Pro 12 and my product is activated and licenced. I have uninstalled and reinstalled software as well as run repair on the app but the error is still showing, are you able to help? Please open your Nitro Pro installation then close the 401 error message if it shows up. At the top right, logout then login again using your Nitro Sign account.
