hello, i just upgraded to nitro pro 13 from v9. I always create pdf files from my scanner from the automatic feeder. For some odd reason, when i use the auto feeder with the new software, the page does not scan. it goes through the feeder correctly and even comes up when i press preview but when its time to scan it just goes through the feeder and says "transferring data" and then nothing. The menu doesnt come up asking me to either scan a second page or finish. The only way i was able to scan the document correctly was through the flatbed which i never use. Why am i having this problem? can someone help?
