marita gray Posted December 4, 2020 Report Share Posted December 4, 2020 Hi, I bought nitro pro 12 a couple of years ago from Cleverbridge. After an MS update a few months ago it went crazy and I have uninstalled. Need to re-install and I have all the numbers , but the system won't because it thinks I have already downloaded it onto 2 other devices, which is not correct. I have downloaded it twice, - the first time when I bought it and another time probably after another MS update. I can't afford to buy another one, and I feel very frustrated at MS for messing up my software. I have only used it on this laptop, so I don't understand why the computer thinks I have changed devices either? Please may I be allowed to re- install the software I bought Dec 2018?
