It's saying that I need to purchase that which was purchased back on 03/08/2020; Invoice number BKD-736********. How do I proceed? I'm definitely not purchasing it again. Please try to reactivate your Nitro Pro 13 by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your version 13 serial number then click on Activate.
