Remi Marents Posted December 7, 2020 Report Share Posted December 7, 2020 Hi, I bought Nitro Pro on about September 2019. I have a new laptop, and want to transfer the license. During that, I got into trouble: I de-activated the license on the old, but could not the de-activation code to work on the website - and I cannot locate the emails from 2checkout or Cleverbridge. On my old latop, I just have the computer ID, and I have saved the de-activation code that does not work. So I am really stuck here.
