Trouble transferring license to a new computer

Hi, I bought Nitro Pro on about September 2019. I have a new laptop, and want to transfer the license. During that, I got into trouble: I de-activated the license on the old, but could not the de-activation code to work on the website - and I cannot locate the emails from 2checkout or Cleverbridge. On my old latop, I just have the computer ID, and I have saved the de-activation code that does not work. 

So I am really stuck here. Even tried to search in my PayPal account, but no transaction data there.. Please help! Thanks.

Could you please provide your Nitro Pro serial number so I could check its activation records?
If you cannot find your Nitro Pro serial number, please provide the email address you used to purchased the license last September 2019.

The serial number is gone, that’s the problem. My email was r**i.kr*****@asker.kommune.no

That is the email address I used to search for purchase records, however, no license purchases found under that serial number. When you purchase a Nitro Pro license, an invoice receipt is sent to the email address with order reference number. Please try and search for the keyword 'Cleverbridge', this is our third-party payment processor.

I also searched using your first and last name, and still I did not find any license purchase associated to that name.
