Is this issue happening on all the documents you open in Nitro Pro? Or, only on specific file? If specific file, does the document contains interactive form fields? What is the version and build of your Nitro Pro? You can see this information by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. Michelle Smith Posted December 7, 2020 Author Report Share Posted December 7, 2020 Thanks for the response - This only happens with certain files. They have form fields and they are being downloaded from Dropbox, though they give me the same error whether they are opened from a local folder (my desktop) or from the Dropbox folder. The forms are already filled out , not blank. If I open the doc with Adobe DC the forms are blank, if I open it with the PDF reader in Edge the fields are fine. The latest build of Nitro Pro 13 can be located from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link To check the build of your Nitro Pro 13 installation, open the software then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
