Or, only on specific file? If specific file, does the document contains interactive form fields? What is the version and build of your Nitro Pro? You can see this information by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. Lastly, is the file (causing the issue) being accessed from a network/share folder or directly from your local drive? Michelle Smith 0 Report post Posted December 7, 2020 Thanks for the response - This only happens with certain files. They have form fields and they are being downloaded from Dropbox, though they give me the same error whether they are opened from a local folder (my desktop) or from the Dropbox folder. The forms are already filled out , not blank. If I open the doc with Adobe DC the forms are blank, if I open it with the PDF reader in Edge the fields are fine.
