Arlen Lung

Nitro Pro was working and all of sudden it prompted Trial Expired.  I tried to manually reactivate and I still can't reactivate.  It just tell me to check the certificate.  I did 3 times already but it won't activate.  Please help.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26). 

Lastly, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number (also please provide it). To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

We are pleased to inform you that we have released a recent update (Nitro Pro 13.13.2.242) that addresses the 'Error 401' issue so kindly update to the latest build by downloading our direct installers below:

hello

I have exact same problem as per Arlen Lung above

I have tried your suggestions and reinstalled the 64 bit ver on your post - Activate button still does not respond - not the pop up nor the one under help menu 

can you pls advise ?
