Matt Schafer 0 Report post Posted December 8, 2020 When I download a signed document from Nitro Sign and then open it in Nitro Pro, the Signature pane says: Quote Signed by Nitro Software, Inc. Signature validity is unknown This document was signed by an unknown contact The Nitro Digital ID should already be loaded into Nitro Pro so that the signature can be definitively stated as valid. Oddly, when I open the same signed document in Acrobat Reader, it does say that the digital certificate is known and the document signature is valid. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
