Jeff Ranck Posted December 8, 2020 Report Share Posted December 8, 2020 So today my nitro pro threw an error that there was a license problem and to try reactivation. When I try to reactivate either by clicking "activate" on the dialog that pops up or by using the help->activate menu option, nothing happens. I've been through the website and tried the "deactivate" button and the whole infinite loop of trying to create a support ticket (which just puts you back to the web page where you can deactivate your license again but never actually lets you create a support ticket) and still have been unsuccessful.
