Outlook desktop version not liking Nitro Sign CRASHES

Hi All, 

Having problems with my integration of my Nitro Sign with Microsoft Office 365 Outlook i have windows 10 Pro but together the Outlook crashes and asks to remove Nitro

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program and its serial number (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26). 

Lastly, a screenshot of the message or any helpful information that describes the crashing.

Hi Allain, All good repaired it last night and so far so good ! and saw one of your previous post advising ato make sure you run set up  as an Administrator so think it did the trick  , fingers crossed
