Please ensure that you have Nitro Pro 13 installed on your computer so you could activate it using your version 13 serial number. The latest build of Nitro Pro 13 installer can be found from the following location:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. Once Nitro Pro 13 is installed, try to activate it using your version 13 serial number. You should be able to activate it since I have adjusted your valid and active version 13 license. If the activation issue persists, please take a screenshot of the error message and the exact serial number you use to activate the software.
