-23 Error: License number already used

ANU MAHESHWARI

i currently have two licenses and one is being used on one laptop. I am trying to activate the other on a separate laptop and I am getting an error message 23 that my licenses are already used. How is that happening even though I have used only 1/2 licenses?

An adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro license. Please try to activate again and it should be working now..

I am having the same issue, however, I am not using any of my licenses right now, they are both deactivated. Please help

Actually, I finally got it to work after uninstalling and reinstalling. Thank you. I do have a quick question though, is there a way to change my profile pic?
