MatthewG 0 Report post Posted December 14, 2020 I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and cannot get my activation to work for Nitro Pro 11. I realize this isn't the latest version of Nitro, but I do prefer this version rather than upgrading. How can I reinstall my previous version? Please uninstall the latest version on your computer then install Nitro Pro 11 by downloading the installer from the following location: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installer/000004464 Go to the Nitro Pro 11 section then download the installer that matches your Windows installation (32bit or 64bit).
