Hello @Nicholas Rizzo,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

PDF documents can be encrypted by adding a password.

To know more about adding password to your PDF files before sending them, please refer to this article: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/password/000004339

Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.

This is correct when sending a PDF out from my email account.

Ths biggest issues is for client data breach is via the NitroSign option.

What options do you have when a client has eSigned the document we use the SMS authentication, but the Nitro system then sends the client a copy of the eSigned document unEncrypted. This exposes the client data out of the system via your email account noreply@cloud.gonitro.com

Do you have any options NOT to automaticly send a copy to them via email, or attach a password to the document?

This is a concern for us too, and may prevent us from being able to use the solution.
