Could you please confirm if you are referring to the PDF files thumbnails view within the Windows Explorer? Please take a screenshot as well for visual reference. Reymund G. 0 Report post Posted December 17, 2020 Hi @julian munoz, On your Windows Explorer, can you go to the View tab then click 'Preview Pane' and select one of the PDF files. If the you do not see a preview of the PDF, I recommend updating your Nitro Pro 13 installation to the latest build which 13.31. The latest Nitro Pro 13 build can be downloaded from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the ' Download Nitro Pro 13' link.
