TexasMason Posted December 16, 2020 Report Share Posted December 16, 2020 For several months I get an error message every time I open Nitro. It states " An error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists. (Error 401). Has anyone else experienced this? Where you able to get it resolved? Please open your Nitro Pro installation then close the 401 error message if it shows up. At the top right, logout then login again using your Nitro Sign account. Monica Foley Posted December 17, 2020 Report Share Posted December 17, 2020 I too and am getting the 401 error. Nitro still works, thankfully, but this error pops up. Please try to update your Nitro Pro 12 installation to the latest build which is 12.16. I have outlined the steps below: 1. Open Nitro Pro then click the Logout button located at the top right. 2. Close Nitro Pro. 3. Go to https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads then download Nitro Pro 12 - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. 4. Run the executable file. This will update your Nitro Pro 12 to 12.16 build. 5. Open Nitro Pro then verify the build by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. The build should show Nitro Pro 12.16. 6.
