After Deactivating, Cannot Activate on New Computer

I have just transferred computers and have deactivated the old nitro from my previous computer, but the serial number is not being recognised on the new computer. Hope you can help.

Hi @Brett Andreassen,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Our records show that you have a version 12 license and it will only work on a Nitro Pro 12 installation. 
Please check the version of Nitro Pro on your computer. You can locate this information by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

If you see that you are running a different version, please uninstall then install Nitro Pro 12 by downloading the installer from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. 

Once Nitro Pro 12 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 12 serial number.
