Free Trial Not Working

So when I click on the free trial download button after entering my information, it says 'please wait' but it never changes and nothing else happens - and idea what's happening ??  Thanks!

Did you access our Trial Download page using Chrome? Could you please try Internet Explorer and FireFox? How did it go?

    I have tried IE (Edge) as well as FireFox with the same result - an apparently infinite "Please Wait" prompt where the submit button was...  So, so far not well... It concerns me as to my ability to download it if I go ahead and 'Buy' it as well...  Ugh~
