Crash on any type of edit on any file

I recently purchased Nitro Pro 13 and for one day it was working great. Starting day 2 I cannot do any edits to a new or existing file. Edit = add form fields, highlight text, type new text, etc. etc.  Attempting to do any edit causes Nitro to just plain quit. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no change.

Hello @GaryABQ,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 13?

Also, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program and its serial number (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26).

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

Lastly, does the crashing results to BugSplat Crash Report that asks for your email address? Did you submit the crash report?

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

Here some follow-up this morning. I did a system restore to just before I installed Nitro Pro 13. I now have my Nitro Pro 10 back but it has lost its activation and I can't find my serial number. I don't need ver 10 since I just paid for ver 13 but what is the next step to ensure I get a clean install of the latest?

A further update. I was able to install and activate Nitro Pro 13 alongside ver 10. Before the crashing problem started I was having trouble with HUGE bookmark text in Nitro 13. We thought it was a display setting causing the problem but apparently not.

I can send a sample PDF with bookmarks if you'd like.
