Alina Clerie Posted December 17, 2020 Report Share Posted December 17, 2020 Hi, I'm trying to activate Nitro Pro 11 with my license number, it says that tha license is already in use. Then, following instructions, I get to the deactivation page which says "Once you click “Deactivate”, you can activate your license immediately by entering the below serial number into Nitro Pro" But when I click on the "deactivate button" I get a message ("Sorry.
