Digital Signature Timestamp and letter Z

Hi,

When I apply a digital signature the date/time generated is being followed by the letter z e.g. 2020-12-18 14:40Z

I am just using a Windows certificate store ID, no timestamp server involved, my system timezone is UK and whilst the time is correct, what is the letter 'Z' and how do I remove it?

Nitro Pro v 12.6.1.298
