Print to PDF not working

Hello,

We installed NitroPro PDF 11 on a machine and when we go to Print to PDF using Nitro, the task becomes stuck. Is there anyway to fix this?

Please view screenshot of where it is getting stuck.It seems to be getting stuck on the exporting of the PDF.
