The only way I found to avoid it temporarily is by logging out and log in again. Please let me know a permanent way to solve this issue. Thanks! I understand that you have tried to logout your Nitro Sign account within the Nitro Pro application then logged back in and this resolved the issue. However, the error showed up again after some time. Could you please provide the exact version and build of your Nitro Pro? This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26). Lastly please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro program.
