correction adresse mail utilisée pour l'achat

Nous avons acheté nitro pro, mais nous ne pouvons pas recevoir le n° de série car adresse mail de contact  n'est pas bonne. Cleverbridge nous demande de contacter Nitro. Comment faire le module de chat n'aide pour mon problème.

 

We bought nitro pro, but we cannot receive the serial number because the contact email address is not correct. Cleverbridge asks us to contact Nitro. How to do the chat module did help for my problem.

Please provide the following so we could search for the license purchase:

1. The exact email address you used during the license purchase.
2. First and last name of the purchaser.
3. If present, the order reference number.

Purchaser : First name / last name

Order reference number : 252xxxxxxand Invoice number : AKD-73684xxxxxx  at 17/12/2020.

The correct email use is damxxxxx@yahoo.com

The Invoice Receipt that contains the Nitro Pro serial numbers was sent again to dam*****@yahoo.com. Please check that email then look for the subject line Numéro de référence 252***** : Votre commande Nitro Productivity Suite 4 Pack

Kindly check the spam and junk mail folder if you do not see the email inside the email inbox.
