Upgrade from Nitro Pro 10

Hi - I'd like to see if I can upgrade from Nitro 10 to the latest version, however, the upgrade link (https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade) doesn't recognize my serial number.

I've got the original purchase receipt email and PDF from Cleverbridge as proof, and I have screenshots from my computer as well.

Let me know how I can verify my last purchase.

An adjustment has been made on your account so please try again entering your Nitro Pro 10 serial number in our Upgrade Portal.

Rest assured it will now work and you should be able to see the discounted amount if you decided to upgrade to Nitro Pro 13.
