Ashu Rao 0 Report post Posted December 24, 2020 I keep getting error 23 . I had deactivated Nitro 12 from my laptop when upgrading to Windows 10. Later today when I wanted tom reactivate it would not allow but kept giving me the error 23. Itried to create a ticket but for some reason it was also not going thru. In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro you are having issue activating? To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
