Nitro Pdf Creator (Pro 12) - Non stampa i file in PDF

Buongiorno, sono Francesco

ho dovuto reinstallare il programma Nitro Pro 12 (versione 12.16.3.574). Quando lo reinstallato o avuto la versione in inglese, mentre io utilizzavo quella in italiano. Inoltre, quando da Word o da altro programma mando in stampa il file la stampante Nitro Pdf Creator (Pro 12) non mi crea più il file in pdf come faceva prima, ma invia in stampa il file con estensione .doc .

Chiedo pertanto, se con gentilezza mi potrebbe aiutare a:

1) sapere come scaricare la versione in italiano di Nitro Pro 12 (versione 12.16.3.574).

2) Come risolvere il problema che Nitro Pdf Creator (Pro 12) non mi stampa più i documenti in pdf.

Vi chiedo un aiuto altrimenti sono costretto a cambiare il programma che uso con un altro.

I had to reinstall the Nitro Pro 12 program (version 12.16.3.574). When I reinstalled it or got the English version, while I was using the Italian one. Furthermore, when I print the file from Word or another program, the Nitro Pdf Creator (Pro 12) printer no longer creates the pdf file for me as it did before, but sends the file with the .doc extension to print.

Therefore, I ask if you could kindly help me to
1) know how to download the Italian version of Nitro Pro 12 (version 12.16.3.574).
2) How to solve the problem that Nitro Pdf Creator (Pro 12) no longer prints my documents in pdf.

I ask you for help otherwise I am forced to change the program I use with another.

Hello @Francesco Surace,

To further assist you, let us first uninstall the English version then reinstall the Italian version of Nitro Pro 12 on your machine by referring to these steps:

1. Clear the content of the directory under C:\users\your_username\Appdata\local\temp. For whatever reason, not all temp files automatically remove themselves and is NOT usually caused by Nitro Pro files. Kindly note Appdata folder is hidden and to unhide it, please refer to this article https://cybertext.wordpress.com/2012/05/29/cant-see-the-appdata-folder/ 

2. Download and run our Clean Up utility to uninstall your Nitro Pro:  http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004307 

3. Clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.

4. Download and install Nitro Pro 12.16 using below offline Italian installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/it/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/it/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

5. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
