Anita Collins Posted December 29, 2020 Report Share Posted December 29, 2020 I have purchased Nitro Pro a couple years ago. I am trying to set it up on a new computer but it says the serial number does not exist. I have tried the support section which asked me to click deactivate and said I can then use the number to reactivate but that did not work. I would appreciate help with this.
