Loancraft Pty Ltd Posted January 1, 2021 Report Share Posted January 1, 2021 I have Nitro pro 12 version installed on my desktop which recently crashed and would not start. I have got a new laptop and want to activate my licence. I went to the licences.gonitro.com/prd/portal to deactivate. It gives the message that deactivation is successful and that I can use the serial number to activate. But when I enter the serial number on my new laptop, I get the error message "Licence number already used". Also on my licence it says that the number of activations allowed are 2. Until now I had the nitro installed on my desktop so I should be able to install on another device without actually have to deactivate. In either case I am not able to activate my licence. To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
