Hello @Sandeep Shah,

Thank you for this information.

To further troubleshoot, kindly uninstall and reinstall the Nitro PDF Creator by referring to these steps:

A. To uninstall PDF creator:
1. Open Control Panel.
2. Click on System and Security.
3. Click on Administrative Tools.
4. Double-click the Print Management.
5. Expand the Custom Filters.
6. Click on All Drivers.
7. Right-click Nitro PDF Creator and select the Delete option

B. To clear the Spool queue:
1. Select Start > Type Command > Right-click “Command Prompt” and select “Run as administrator“
2. Type net stop spooler then press “Enter“
3. Type del %systemroot%\System32\spool\printers\* /Q then press “Enter“
4. Type net start spooler then press “Enter“

The print queue on your Windows should now be cleared. Type exit, then press “Enter” to exit the command window.

C. To install our Stand-alone PDF Creator using below direct installers:

x32: http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/enterprise/Nitro_Creator_x86.msi
x64: http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/enterprise/Nitro_Creator_x64.msi

To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/15056/windows-32-64-bit-faq

Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.

hi Allain

i uninstalled the version. removed the temp files from different folders. downloaded the nitro creator 87MB size link above (the browser initally did not allow me to directly download). later i clicked on it to install and it removed "old components" and after this nothing. i tried to double click again and immediately after a small window of "please wait as windows configures nitrodpf" ..this window disappears. unable to install this link

any faster way to do it?

Hello @Sandeep Shah,

How did you uninstall Nitro PDF Creator 11.0.8.470?

My fear is that you have uninstalled the whole Nitro Pro 11 program instead of just the virtual printer.

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
