Nous avons acheté une licence Nitro Pro avec le VIP Access, mais lorsque nous voulons envoyer un ticket, un message indique "L’assistance par e-mail est proposée uniquement aux clients bénéficiant du Nitro VIP Access.".

Pouvez-vous corriger ce problème svp ?

We purchased a Nitro Pro license with VIP Access, but when we want to submit a ticket, a message says, "Email support is only available to customers with Nitro VIP Access."

Can you correct this problem please?

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro to check your subscription?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
