Nathan Smith Posted January 5, 2021 Report Share Posted January 5, 2021 My computer recently would not let me login after a Windows 10 update, forcing me to reset windows, which deleted my programs. Upon reinstalling Nitro PDF (which I have purchased and been using for my law practice), Nitro would not accept my Serial Number. It gave me an error, "The serial number entered does not exist." Upon going through the self-help system, I used the Nitro deactivation portal. It said I had 2 activations, and 2 allowed. I deactivated and attempted to enter the Serial Number into the activation, which did not work, and subtracted an activation. I attempted the process again, and now have 0 activations allowed. Upon reading similar posts, I am guessing the Serial Number did not work because it was for a previous version of Nitro. However, now I have 0 activations allowed, and may not be able to activate using my serial number even if I downloaded the right version. I unsuccessfully attempted to post this on December 28.
