Nitro Pro 11 installation problem on new Laptop

Hello, I've a new laptop running W10 pro and the Nitro Pro 11 installation wizzard fails just after the Windows security popup. How can I solve this issue? Thanks

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 11?
