The knowledgebase tells me a I need to do this via 'My Account' and as noted above the 'Nitro Sign' tab does not appear for those with a single user licence. How can I then change this format? Other forum posts, and a knowledgebase article about changing the date format, instruct as follows:- Log into Nitro Sign > click on your initials in the top right > My Account > select 'Nitro Sign' in the menu on the left > click on the Date Format selection box > select 'Day First' > Save However, when I follow the above and click 'My Account', there are only three options - 'Summary', 'Connected Apps' and 'Support'. There's no option for 'Nitro Sign' in the left menu. Is there anywhere else I can change this setting? US date formats can be confused in the UK / Europe.
