I tried to upgrade to nitro pro 11 and could not. it is asking for „insert the nitro pro disk and click ok”. well, it rolled back and now i do not have either nitro 11 or nitro 10. Any tips? It looks like you haven't submitted a ticket yet. I would recommend we try and use our Nitro CleanUp Tool. This will remove all traces of Nitro Pro from your machine. In order to do so, please follow the steps below: 1. Download the Nitro Cleanup tool: http://install.nitropdf.com/support/downloads/cleanup.zip 2. Simply unzip the file and run it 3. When you're finished, please restart your computer 4. After the restart, please download the latest version of Nitro Pro 11 here: https://www.gonitro.com/support/downloads If this doesn't work, kindly submit a ticket using the following link. https://www.gonitro.com/support/ticket Cheers!
