Reactivate problem

Hello

I have replaced my computer but cant reactivate the Nitro 

I have deactivated the Nitro as recommend in your help page but still cant reactivate 

please advise

I have logged into our licensing server and I can see you purchased and Nitro Pro 13 and you were able to activate it.
