Activation on a new computer

I have deactivated Nitro Pro 10 on previous computer & I would like to activate on new computer. 

It is not allowing me to download the software for Nirto Pro 10. 

I do not want to upgrade to any other Nitro product. I just want what I paid for.

As a courtesy, kindly download Nitro Pro 10 installers from this page:  https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/online/000004464 

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
