Katie Wilkins 0 Report post Posted January 13 I purchased Nitro Pro last year for my laptop. Just last month my laptop got some kind of virus and I had to have the hard drive wiped which erased my Nitro Pro program. I can look up my serial number and it still shows active but I need to re-download it onto my computer and have been unable to do so. Can someone please help me???
