Unable to locate serial number to activate license on new computer

I recently purchased a new computer and I am unable to locate the email with my serial number so that I can activate my license on this computer. I am unable to boot up old computer so that I can deactivate my license from there. Any suggestions on how I can get my serial number so that I can use this program on my new computer?
