CANNOT DEACTIVATE

KEEP GETTING ERROR CODE SHOWING "NITRO PRO EXPIRED TRIAL. I JUST SWITCHED FROM AN OLD LAPTOP TO A NEW ONE. WHEN I TRY TO DEACTIVATE I GET AN ERROR CODE. TRIED CLICKING ON "HELP" TO ACTIVATE AND IT GOES NOWHERE.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

Lastly, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number. To find out how to take a screen shot using Snipping Tool, check out this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/use-snipping-tool-to-capture-screenshots-00246869-1843-655f-f220-97299b865f6b 

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

sorry Allain, 

here is the serial number - 50498x-xxxxxx-xxxxxx. when i open Nitro i get a expired trial notification and it will not let me register

i may also have registered with a second email address

I have the same issue. Original NitroPro10 and upgraded to NitroPro13. Removed and added program...followed activation instructions...no where...no email support...very frustrating.

We would love to know the build of your Nitro Pro 13 so could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26)?
