I am also attempting to get a price to upgrade from Nitro Pro 10 to the latest version.

When I use the online tool I am given the below message
We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.

If I go the page that allows me to deactivate our licenses I am show the information for the same key I am entering. We have a 2 activations.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 10?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Once done, we should able to execute a few changes on your account records and you should be able to upgrade to version 13 with a discounted rate through our Upgrade Portal.

A few adjustments has been executed in your account records so please close all your browsers, re-open a new one and try upgrading again your Nitro Pro 10 to version 13 with a discounted rate for $79.99 (not for $39.99 as mentioned on the page as this has been fixed already by our marketing team) through our Upgrade Portal  https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade

I am now prompted for the upgraded except that we have 2 licenses.
I am only given an option for 1 license?

Hello @Robert Drucker,

Our Upgrade portal can only accept one serial number at a time in order to upgrade to the latest version.

If you have a second serial number, it has to be entered right after upgrading the first one.

If your second serial number is resulting to the same error message "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.", please send it to me via private message so I can check its status in our licensing server.

Hello @Robert Drucker,

Yes your Nitro Pro 10 is a single-user license. 

A single-user license can be used on two machines as long as you follow the rules outlined in our End User License Agreement (EULA):

'Licensee may install one copy of the Licensed Software on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which the Licensed Software is installed may install a second copy of the software for his or her exclusive use on either a portable computer or a computer located at his or her home, provided the software on the portable or home computer is NOT USED at the same time as the software on the primary computer.'

If you upgrade this license to version 13, it will still have 2-activations.
