Nothing happens when clicking Activate button

I have Nitro Pro. It says trial expired. I wasn't using a trial version. Try to reactivate but nothing happens when i click the activation button??

There are no phone numbers to call for support and I am not allowed to submit  ticket?? Incredibly frustrating

To further assist you in regard to the Activate button that is not responding, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26).
