Activation Issue After Moving to New Pc

I have moved to a new PC following the steps on deactivating Nitro Pro 12. It is showing as 0 activations... but wont let me activate giving me an Error 23 - licence number already used

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 12?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

Hi AllainU.

I have the same issue, but with version 10.

I'm tryin to install it on a Terminal server.

Version 10
Status active
Number of Activations 1
Number of Activations Allowed 2

Hello @Jim Rickaby,

Thank you for the private message.

To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro 12 by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
