Aaron Cole 0 Report post Posted Monday at 12:28 PM I am trying to activate my install of Nitro Pro v12. I have used the license portal to deactivate all other installs. But i still get error -23 when I try to activate. When I view Advanced activation, it shows computer ID as 0000-0000-0000-0000-0000 which doesn't seem right. Please help me activate. To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. We have a rare problem where occasionally Nitro can not create an ID on a computer and instead assigns it to be '00000000000000000000'.
