Lea Wensley 0 Report post Posted yesterday at 05:20 AM Hi I am hoping someone can help me, I have tried everything that I can and I still keep receiving the following errors: 1) Nitro Pro Add-In An error occurred. Access to the path Ç:\Users\sue\Appdata\Roaming\Nitro\Pro\13\Plugions\NitroExcelAddin.ini'is denied 2) Word cannot open the existing file. (Normal.dotm) 3) Microsoft Word Access denied. Contact your administrator. 4) Microsoft Word could not create the work file. Check the temp environment variable. The errors have only occurred after Nitro Pro was added. New install on a new PC . Nitro Pro 13 x64 was installed after all the following was installed and updated. - Windows 10 x64 (20H2) - Office 2106 x32 - Nitro Pro 13 x64 - Chrome (latest) - Domain connected PCs - Redirected folders: Profile & My Documents Can anyone help me. In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program and its serial number (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26). Lastly, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number.
