Error 401 and Request For Signature

I have Nitro Pro and I keep getting an error message 401. Also, I see that Nitro Cloud is now Nitro Sign.  Does this mean that I need to upgrade even though I have paid for what I have been using. I am not able to get my documents signed! Please help me with this.  Thank you.

Could you please try opening your Nitro Pro then close the 401 error message if it shows up. At the top right, click the Logout then login again using your Nitro Sign account. 
After these steps, please observe if you still get the same error message.

Nitro Sign is the new name of Nitro Cloud, the change of name does not require you upgrade your license. Basic Nitro Sign features remain free for all users. 

Regarding the issue with the documents signature, are you trying to sign it through Nitro Sign? Or, are you using the signature in Nitro Pro application?
