Reactivate a license

Hello,

I purchased Nitro Pro 10 with 2 activations allowed.  Am using on my old desktop but just got a new laptop.  I was able to confirm on the Nitro website that the license was active but unable to activate on laptop.  I even went so far as to Deactivate the first one but still no luck.  Can you please assist?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please check the version of Nitro Pro installed on your new laptop. You can see this information by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
If you see that you are running a different version (not Nitro Pro 10), please uninstall then install Nitro Pro 10 by downloading the installer from the following location:

https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installer/000004464 

Go to the Nitro Pro 10 section then download the installer that matches your Windows installation (32bit or 64bit).
Once Nitro Pro 10 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 10 serial number.
